Here’s an update on what we will be doing at the residential campuses during Earth Week.

Trayless operation: The Gazebo @ Behrend and Tully’s @ Berks will be piloting the trayless operation

Recycled bags: Bruno’s @ Behrend, Tully’s @ Berks, Metro Café @ Greater Allegheny, and The Mill @ Mont Alto

Bottled water: removing the Aquafina bottled water from coolers and handing out refillable water bottles.
